At Fowler Property Management, we’ve been a leader in the Boulder real estate market since 1967, and we currently manage more than 450 properties, including houses, townhomes, condos, and apartments. The properties we manage are primarily located in Boulder metro area.
In the more than 50 years that we’ve operated as a family-owned business in Boulder County, we’ve managed thousands of properties, through every boom and bust. Your rental property is one of the largest and most important assets one can have, and trusting it to an inexperienced property manager or real estate agent that may do property management on the side can be a unnecessary risk. Property Management Fees
- property management fee is 10% of the rent (fee may vary with multiple properties)
- leasing fee is 50% of one month’s rent to find a new tenant
- if a tenant renews the lease the renewal fee is a flat $100

- price the property at the right market rent
- advertise the property
- show the property to prospective tenants
- verify credit references and background checks of prospective tenants and secure guarantor agreements where needed
- lease and/or pre-lease the property
- collect rents
- pay property expenses
- monthly reports to owner(s)
- handle all tenant issues
- provide 24-hour maintenance and repair services for the property
