If you’d like to rent one of our properties, each person (over the age of 18) who will be living in the property will need to fill out a separate rental application. Complete the online application here, or download, print and return the form below. There is a $35 charge per person.

If you’re a student with limited rental history, or if you have limited credit or bad credit, you may need to have a guarantor sign the lease with you. Typically, this guarantor is a parent or guardian.
